The actual worst. I didn’t take the overpriced insurance. Got the car, took pictures of the damages an returned the car as it was given to me. Now they claim the same damages which I have photos of taken were new. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NEVER EVER AGAIN SIXT

Terrible time waiting for one person to help a long line rent a car. I understand it’s Covid but they should increase staffing knowing the schedule of arriving aircraft and reservations in the system. They are all friendly, but it’s bad management of staffing.
